the general availability of their completely updated ConceptDraw Business Suite -
three integrated software applications that address project planning, team
communications and business graphics production in a single product suite.

ConceptDraw Business Suite consists of ConceptDraw 7 Professional, ConceptDraw
MINDMAP 5 Professional, and ConceptDraw Project 3 - three applications that visually
manage different types of information to provide managers and team leaders with a
turnkey solution for any process or project. All three products are Vista compatible
and have a new updated interface, enhanced usability and a comprehensive set of
professional features. All of the new versions listed above will support native Mac
OS X. (ConceptDraw MINDMAP 5 will be released August 2007)

The latest release of ConceptDraw 7 has an improved and extended shapes libraries
and powerful wizards that make preparing professional business graphics effortless
for people regardless of their drawing skills. Organization charts, flowcharts,
floor plans as well as network and database diagrams are just a few of the many
tasks ConceptDraw 7 can easily handle. Configuration and printing of drawings has
been simplified by a complete rework of those processes making it easier for users
than ever before.

ConceptDraw MINDMAP 5 provides users an intuitive and easy way to capture, organize
and share information in a visual format that can be easily edited and restructured.
The visual structure of a mind map closely approximates the way the brain works
making content more memorable. MINDMAP 5 is well suited for building
business-oriented mind maps that are rich with graphics, organizing brainstorming
input sessions using the unique Brainstorm mode and building compelling
presentations using MS PowerPoint compatibility. MINDMAP 5 for Windows is currently
shipping, MINDMAP 5 for the Macintosh will ship in late August. All purchasers of
Business Suite in the month of July and August will be eligible for a no charge
electronic upgrade to MINDMAP 5 for the Macintosh.

ConceptDraw Project 3 is the latest release of CS Odessa's popular project
management software. Project 3 contains a completely revised user interface, and
many professional project management capabilities that provide extended support for
Network diagrams, critical path management, task filtering and task sorting.
Project 3's Gantt chart display has more configuration capability, permitting users
to change more of the visual attributes in the display of time line information.
With Project 3 project resources can be allocated over multiple projects allowing
Project Managers to see a comprehensive view or the projects they are managing.
